Girls volleyball must fill out this Google Form to be added to the distribution list for information on participating in Spring/Summer Open Sessions and Try Outs. NO ONE can participate until all eligibility requirements are completed and approved. The process takes time and is NOT an immediate turnaround from when you submit your documents. Approvals can take several days or more during busy times.
May Open gyms are for current 8th-12th graders, July/Tryouts are open to registered 7th-12th graders. Please note limited instruction will be given during Open gyms, this is more of a platform for the girls to play. Only players registered and serious about trying out may attend open gyms.

Residency and Registration 2025-2026:
*Residency and Registration must be completed and updated each year. *Middle School: must complete the residency with Moultrie or Laing *High School: must complete on the CCSD website (link below)
NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!!
For Proof of Residency in order to participate your athlete must have: 1. An Affidavit must be signed and notarized and uploaded
2. Address documents: current lease for rentals or a current property tax bill (NOT AUTO) for the residence which is owned must be uploaded
3. Utility bill, pay stub, or car registration with your current address must be uploaded
*Parents' licenses must be seen for documents if to be notarized at the school. Link: registration and enrollment
Big Teams Account 2025-2026:
*The Big Teams account must be created by both the parent and the student (these are two separate types of accounts).
*Physicals must be dated after April 1, 2025 (no physicals dated prior will be accepted)

*Parents must upload a birth certificate and completed physical signed by a physician (MD or DO), Nurse Practitioner, or Physician's Assistant.
*Parents and athletes must complete their own accounts before linking them *Athletes cannot participate in any fashion until cleared by the athletic department, please allow 1-3 business days from submission for approval (please plan accordingly). Link: Big Teams Student Central
Athletic Insurance 2025-2026:
*Athletic Insurance is purchased EVERY NEW SCHOOL YEAR *$60 must be paid on Revtrak (link below is opening on May 1st) * When purchasing please add athlete’s full name (no nicknames) and grade for the current school year – Link: 25/26 Athletic Insurance

Enter through the back entrance of the school, closest to the student parking lot.
Available to all returning student athletes.
No appointment needed.
Each student must have the following:
● SCHSL Physical form - with athlete’s info
● SCHSL History form - with athlete info and parent signature
● Parent permission slip/acknowledgement of risk form signed by both student and parent.
Without this information filled out the physical cannot be completed.

No appointment necessary, no insurance needed and weekend hours at one location!
Mention Lucy Beckham and all the funds will go back to the Athletic Department.
Bring your physical form and medical history form with you filled out as the physician will want to see it.
