Girls volleyball must fill out this Google Form to be added to the distribution list and to participate in Spring/Summer and Try Outs. May Open gyms are for current 8th-12th graders, July/Tryouts are open to registered 7th-12th graders. Please note limited instruction will be given during Open gyms, this is more of a platform for the girls to play.
Boys volleyball please email Adamelhassan123@gmail.com to be added to the email distribution list.

-Residency and Registration verification for 2025/2026 (middle schoolers do it at your school). No paper copies accepted.
-Big Teams Player and Parent Account make sure you do 2025/2026
-Athletic Insurance opens May 1st for the 2025/2026 school year
*Please note Eligibility takes time and is NOT an immediate turnaround from when you submit your documents as there is an approval process that can take several days to complete especially during a busy approval time.

Enter through the back entrance of the school, closest to the student parking lot.
Available to all returning student athletes.
No appointment needed.
Each student must have the following:
● SCHSL Physical form - with athlete’s info
● SCHSL History form - with athlete info and parent signature
● Parent permission slip/acknowledgement of risk form signed by both student and parent.
Without this information filled out the physical cannot be completed.

No appointment necessary, no insurance needed and weekend hours at one location!
Mention Lucy Beckham and all the funds will go back to the Athletic Department.
Bring your physical form and medical history form with you filled out as the physician will want to see it.
